Recommended Basement Sealant?

Hi guys. In my ongoing quest to fix up my 1964 house, I'm now onto the basement which is musty and damp. It's not wet anywhere, so I think the block walls just need to be sealed. I have a dehumidifier down there and it runs about 20 hours a day. Can anyone recommend a good paint-on type sealer?

Thanks for the help. I've already finished a bunch of jobs with help from this forum!

Drylock Masonary waterproofer is a good product

Though making sure the ground around your foundation is sloped away and maintaining gutters and downspouts will help more.
