leaky standing pipe (frost-free) faucet

I have a standing pipe water faucet for watering livestock. We accidentally left a hose attached on a cold night, and it has been leaking ever since. It leaked through the winter, then stopped leaking this spring, now has suddenly begun leaking a constant dribble of water. Any ideas how to adjust it to stop the leak?

Troy is on a distinguished road
I know that mine was busted at the faucet, so just replacing the faucet did the trick. Otherwise you need to cut the pipe and put a new faucet on.

Not much of a response, anyone else know a trick?
