We need a bit more information to determine the problem.

Which valve did you replace, the fill valve or the flush valve?

When you say you do not have good pressure are you referring to incoming water pressure during the fill cycle or flush pressure?

I would try to cut off the supply valve, disconnect the supply line from the toilet, aim the open end of the supply line into a container, turn the valve wide open and see how the pressure looks then, if it is slow, then you could have sediment in the valve, or the valve may not be opening enough. If you do have good pressure, then I'd say to replace the valve as it sounds like sediment may have gotten into the fill valve. A good tip is to change the fill valve, then aim the open end of the supply line toward a container, cut the valve on full for a few seconds, then connect as this helps "Purge" any sediment that may be in the line before you connect it to the toilet.
