Thumbs down pilot light won't stay on

I am have a problem with my pilot light on my furnace-- it is a gas funace about 3 years old. I have checked all relays and made sure the pipe to the funace was clean, It will light for a few minutes and the heaters will kick on then all a sudden everything shuts down completly--- any suggestions?
