black water rings...

Hello,

I keep getting these nasty looking blackish rings around my toilet bowl at the waterline in our master bathroom. The same looking stuff also accumulates on the underside of the sink fawcett and on the shower head. We don't seem to get this stuff on any of the other fixtures in the other two bathrooms or on the other 2 toilets. Any ideas as to what this might be? Why am I only getting it in one bathroom?

Thanks in advance,

Scott

Smile black rings

It sounds like plain old mildew. You mention it's only in the master bathroom, which is probably where the main shower and bath is, and has a higher level of moisture. The drop-in bleach tabs should help you with the toilet, use a bleach & water solution on the other parts.
