Stenner Peristalic Pump system

Another question from a new home owner...
In addition to the Culligan Water Softener system, we have a Stenner Pump and tank in the basement. Someone said it's likely a hydrogen perroxide solution (we definitely have sulfur in the water)...but as I was looking on the internet I saw that many advised bleach or chlorine. Does the solution matter - and how do I know what and how much to use? Thanks again in advance for your time and help!

Pump model# 85MHP17
17GPD, 120 volts

Also, anyone know where to get a cheap replacement? Cheapest I've found is $247.00 at Lockewell (online)
