floor drain in garage is plugged

I recently bought a home that has floor drains in the garage. One of the drains is plugged. I took off the cover and shopvac'd what I could, but the drain is still plugged. HELP! It is a round drain with a pipe plug on the inside, in the direction of the drainage flow.
