ib-824-007a have conductivity 250 ohm between red and black wire, have zero ohms between black and yellow. does this mean the motor is bad, can i put any juice from the black or red wire to trick the curcuit. where can a get a new motor, how much are they ??? getting frustrated with the heater store here in town. they told me the motor was dc. i check the feed from the rear of the heater, its 110. can anyone help. thanks, greg

Check the yellow pages or on line for an electric motor rebuilding shop near you. They may be able to fix or rewind it. Or, there's a rebuilt one on e-bay for $99.99.
