Question about a very noisy furnace as you can see from the video link. The HVAC repair person said they changed the vent blower and blower motor but the noise is still there after the new equipment. He came back to see what was causing the noise but could not figure it out after looking at it for an hour. Any ideas of what is making this so noisy? You can hear it two levels up. Part of video has the sound one level up right above the furnace and it is pretty noisy. Seems to happen as it warms up and then when the burner turns off the sound stops as can be heard at the end of the clip. Gets really noisy after about a minute on the video.
Sorry for the broken link. It would not let me post it otherwise. Just remove the spaces.

    Thanks

sheet metal parts in the direct line of the heated air tends to expand slightly causing noise if the mating surfaces are not solidly fastened. check the screws that hold the plenum to the furnace. check the "drives" that hold the duct sections together. if the ducts are not cross creased, the walls of the duct will flex. the plenum to duct system should have a vibration joint of flexible rubber. check the blower section for excessive vibration from the fan and motor.

Thanks, have another service person coming to look at it today. Will see what they say.
