  • How to Remove Stubborn Paint from Concrete?

I'm on a mission to renew my concrete. I've pressure washed numerous types of paint (probably all latex of some sort) off of my old porous concrete using 3000 psi and 0 - 15 degree tips, but this one particular paint is very stubborn.

I think what I need is some sort of chemical to soften the paint. We can assume its latex. Any suggestions on chemicals or other methods to remove the paint?

    Thanks

If you're unsure, the best choice is to use an oil-based paint stripper. After liberally coating the concrete with a paint stripper, leave it alone for six to eight hours. The paint will magically come off within that period due to a chemical reaction.
