Recoating acrylic coated front porch

Hi All,

I have a question related to stamped-concrete front porch coatings. My porch was original sealed/stained with a matte black BASF "Kure N Seal" Tint Curing and Sealing System. It is getting dull and I want to put a new semi-gloss coating over top of it. Any suggestions on what can be used with this type of product?

I am not to familiar with that paint. Is it something that you can not just paint over? Can you not lay a neutral base or strip it before painting? Try some sample paint and just see if it covers it up well enough.
