Drywall screw spacing

What is the correct spacing for screws in drywall walls/ceiling?

I'd suggest 7" on ceilings and 8" on walls. Below is a link that'll help out some.

6 and 8 (Same as plywood)
6" along the edges (on both 4' sides) and 8" in the feild (The rest of the area) and be sure to use drywall adhesive
