Is Lambswool Roller worth it?

Is a lambswool roller worth the price? What kind of paint roller is best for interior painting. Thanks.

I don't know about lambswool but I truly beleive that the quality of your tools does make a big difference. The cheap naps will shed and stick to the wall and will not last long.

I agree that you should buy the best quality tools you can afford.

Your specific question about a lamswool roller sleeve... I only use them for oil-based paint, I find that they do not last for latex. You can find a 50/50 roller made of polyester and lambswool that work great for latex and last. So I recommend checking the labels and getting a good quality sleeve designed for Latex ( assuming that you are using interior latex paint). Also take note of the nap thickness of the roller sleeve and the type of paint finish it is designed for.

Good luck, Jim
