Moisture around drywall nails in bathroom

Moisture appears to be trapped behind the paint around the tops of the studs in the bathroom when we're showering (the bathroom is vented and it appears to be working fine).

After a shower, the drywall nails and the outline of the stud become very prominent 6-8" below the ceiling with a moist appearance, and the paint is wet to the touch.

This obviously isn't desirable, but is it a problem? The paint appears to be drying after a few hours. I don't want to develop a mold problem... Any recommendations?

Drywall DIY Guy is an unknown quantity at this point
The moisture is due to cold spots on the wall that collect moisture, assuming this is an exterior wall. The only solution is to re-insulate your wall. If you are in a cold climate, you might consider turning your 4" wall into a 6" wall. See Thicken your walls to 6" to increase energy savings by Mike Sakowski on the Natural Handyman home repair and do it yourself website

For the time being, regularly clean your wall with a bleach solution - this will prevent mold.

Thanks!

Thanks for the advice! It's happening on a corner made of one exterior wall and one connected to the garage. It's also happened as it's gotten very cold in the last month (I'm in central IL and it was hanging around zero recently).
